Meet the 9 faces of women who have made a change to the entertainment industry.

The Asian Today unveil the voices of change by women who have made a difference in their career and shown ambition and passion in their chosen field.

We have hand picked a mix of influencers who have been involved in a variety of different projects, community initiatives and beyond.

These women have overcome the stigma in the South Asian communities and have given a voice to the next generation of Asian Women.

Joining TV actress and comedian Meera Syal, radio presenters Harpz Kaur, Suzi Mann, Noreen Khan, Preeya Kalidas, Writer and Poet Rupinder Kaur, Strictly Come Dancing Anita Rani and Singer Amanjot Sangha.

All of these women have given a strong voice in the South Asian community and have shown the younger and elder generations of Asian women, that women have the power to achieve their goals and ambitions. By having some of these inspirational women that work in the media, literature and entertainment industries, as idols and role models.
