Police appeal for witnesses

TWO brothers from Birmingham were among four teenagers killed when their car collided with a wall, police have confirmed.

Hadi Suweef, 17 and Kammal Suweef, 15, brothers from the Hall Green area of Birmingham, Hasni Ali, 16, from Sparkhill and Hamza Siraj, 16, from Moseley died instantly when their blue Rover car crashed into a wall on Salisbury Road, Moseley in the early hours of Saturday.

A police car in the area at the time was flagged down by a member of the public, who heard the collision take place and police officers responded to the incident immediately.

An ambulance was called but the teenagers died at the scene, a police spokesperson said.

West Midlands Police said the car was not stolen and have appealed for witnesses to come forward.

Specially trained Family Liaison Officers are supporting the boy’s family.
