Alum Rock Football Academy wanted to, as a matter of urgency, arrange something for the youth in our ward in relation to the recent Youth Violence /Shootings / Knife Crime /Gang Culture as well as Prison & Drug related issues.
This is a 2 part workshop to give the youth and parents real facts and real life experiences, around Youth Violence and the effects it has in people’s lives.
It will give young people a space to actually think, and to instil a positive mindset, and prepare them to make the right choices for the betterment of their lives and their families.
We will be using Alum Rock Football Academy as a tool for engagement.
The visuals in the workshops are real life cases and hard hitting.
