Birmingham’s newest restaurant Tattu is opening this month, where builders have nearly completed transforming The Grand hotel’s 5,000 sq ft basement boiler room into an underground restaurant in Calmore Row. The restaurant which is an independent family run business was founded in 2015 by two brothers. They wanted to bring something new and exciting to the UK culinary scene. The goal was to build a customer experience around the brand that simulates all sense, fusing beautiful design with quality and innovative Chinese cooking. The restaurant is known for its stunning décor and is not to be missed out for unique and beautiful food and drinks.
