COMEDY duo Matt Lucas and David Walliams are no strangers to dressing up and their new show is no different!<\/strong><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

The new series \u2018Come Fly With Me\u2019 \u2013 a mock documentary about life in a busy airport – is set to hit our BBC screens on Christmas Day, and with the duo portraying a number of characters, there\u2019s one that is sure to stand out \u2013 Asian airline official Taaj!<\/div>\n

It is the first time either actor has chosen to portray an Asian character. <\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Played by Lucas, \u2018Taaj\u2019 is described as one of airliner FlyLo’s roving ground staff. But despite the some what steady job \u201chis ambitions lie elsewhere.\u201d<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

While some may hint at Lucas\u2019 controversial move to \u2018tan up\u2019 for the character, the comedian himself doesn\u2019t see it as a problem.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cWe play young-old, black-white, fat-thin, straight-gay,\u201d Lucas said in a recent interview with the Telegraph. <\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t want to limit ourselves and Britain is multicultural. But we\u2019re not making any political points.\u201d<\/div>\n
