I am a pure vegetarian and it helps me keep fit and healthy,&#8221; Kareena said. <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>&#8220;If my fans turn vegetarian then I am glad to be an example for them,\u201d she added. <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>A four-time Filmfare Award winner, Kareena is one of the most sought after actors in Bollywood.<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>Anuradha Sawhney, head of PETA India, said: &#8220;When you look at the dozens of gorgeous celebrities in this year&#8217;s poll, there are no bones about it \u2013 a vegetarian diet makes you beautiful inside and out&#8221;<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>&#8220;After all, going vegetarian is the best thing you can do for the animals, the Earth and your health.
