{"id":8091,"date":"2014-11-19T15:37:04","date_gmt":"2014-11-19T15:37:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tat.reddaisytrading.co.uk\/index.php\/2014\/11\/19\/sayeeda-warsi-demands-justice\/"},"modified":"2016-01-07T14:50:14","modified_gmt":"2016-01-07T14:50:14","slug":"sayeeda-warsi-demands-justice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theasiantoday.com\/index.php\/2014\/11\/19\/sayeeda-warsi-demands-justice\/","title":{"rendered":"Sayeeda Warsi Demands &#8220;Justice&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"content\">\n<h3>Baroness Compares Attacks on Synagogue and Mosque<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"1\" align=\"middle\" width=\"467\" vspace=\"10\" hspace=\"3\" height=\"184\" src=\"http:\/\/theasiantoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/SayeedaWarsi-Twitter-SynVMos-467x184.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>A former Tory foreign minister was reprimanded by her party chairman after likening the Palestinian &#8216;storming&#8217; of an Israeli synagogue, which resulted in the deaths of four people, to Israeli extremists &#8216;storming&#8217; a mosque in Jerusalem.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Baroness Sayeeda Warsi, who made the statement on Twitter, said via her account: \u201cIsraeli extremists storm Al Aqsa &amp; intimidate worshippers \u2013 Palestinian extremists storm synagogue &amp; kill 4 worshippers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>The ex Foreign Office Minister&#8217;s tweet sparked claims that she was comparing protests at a mosque to the murderous rampage of two Palestinian cousins armed with an axe and gun, who slaughtered a British-born father and three American citizens in a random dawn attack. The two men were shot dead by police following the attack.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Baroness Warsi, who left her post in August due to the government&#8217;s policy on Gaza, asked another Twitter user: \u201cr u suggesting there is NO link (nt justification) between murders in the synagogue &amp; the weeks of intimidation &amp; attacks\u201d, referring to the Israeli protests at the Al Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Baroness Warsi justified her tweet by insisting she was calling for \u201cJustice for all\u201d rather than \u201chypocrisy\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBoth Palestinian &amp; Israeli lives have been lost in recent weeks at the hands of extremists,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBoth David_Cameron &amp; Ed_Miliband say a Palestinian life is equal to an Israeli life so let&#8217;s ALL condemn the killing on BOTH sides.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p> Later, on the Huffington Post UK website, Baroness Warsi wrote: \u201cThese murders must be condemned.
