Investigation Lauched by Met Police Officers<\/h3>\n

A\u00a0murder investigation is underway following the deaths of three children in New Malden.<\/font><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Police were called at around 21:30hrs on Tuesday, 22 April to three children found dead at a residential address in Thetford Road, New Malden.<\/font><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Officers and ambulance service attended. The three children – a girl aged four and two boys aged three – were pronounced dead at the scene. Next of kin have been informed.<\/font><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Post mortem examinations will be arranged in due course.<\/font><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

The woman, aged 43, was taken to hospital for treatment to minor injuries and later discharged. She was arrested on suspicion of murder and taken into custody at a south London where she remains.<\/font><\/div>\n

The Homicide and Major Crime Command is investigating and incident room has opened in Sutton under Detective Chief Inspector Diane Tudway.<\/font><\/div>\n

Detectives are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident.<\/font><\/div>\n
