The One Direction singer sent a late night tweet to his 13 million followers simply stating #FreePalestine. The tweet went on to be retweeted 230 thousand times. <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"\/>&#13;<\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"1\" hspace=\"5\" vspace=\"5\" align=\"middle\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/theasiantoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Zayn-Malik-Gaza-458-x-191jpg.jpg\"\/><\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">This came a day before England cricketer Moeen Ali was banned from wearing \u2018Save Gaza\u2019 and \u2018Free Palestine\u2019 wristbands for the remainder of the third test against India by the International Cricket Council. England had cleared the All-Rounder to wear the band on \u201chumanitarian\u201d grounds rather than on political. <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"\/>&#13;<\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"1\" hspace=\"3\" vspace=\"10\" align=\"middle\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/theasiantoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Moeen-ali-Gaza-458-x-300.jpg\"\/>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">However, the ICC issued the following statement, \u201che ICC equipment and clothing regulations do not permit the display of messages that relate to political, religious or racial activities or causes during an international match.
