Dr Mohammed Naseem, the founder and chairman of Birmingham Central Mosque, has passed away at the age of 90. <\/font><\/div>\n

A statement from the Muslim Council of Britain said, “British Muslims Mourns Passing of Birmingham’s Dr Mohammed Naseem”<\/font><\/div>\n

“The Muslim Council of Britain (MCB) expresses it’s sadness with the passing away of Dr Mohammed Naseem.”<\/font><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/font><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

“For over fifty years he had dedicated his life not only as a Muslim but as a citizen of Birmingham and the United Kingdom. As founding Chairman of <\/font>Birmingham Central Mosque<\/font>, Dr Naseem was a passionate advocate of cordial community relations and for the betterment of not only the Muslim community but for the city of Birmingham as a whole.”<\/font><\/div>\n
