It is old fashioned. It is a new age and everyone should be given a new opportunity. I would definitely like to see it changed. Miss Great Britain is completely different &#8211; you\u2019re allowed to have children.\u201d <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>Whilst Annette said, \u201cI think it\u2019s stupid, absolutely crazy. Whether contestants are married or single mums, it should make no difference. Times have changed and the rules should show that. \u2019d had six children by the time I was crowned Miss Birmingham. Whether you\u2019ve had kids doesn\u2019t matter. The only things that should matter are looks and personality.\u201d <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>Organisers of the Miss Birmingham 2014 event said, \u201cEveryone thinks we\u2019re the bad guys, but it\u2019s not our rule. It\u2019s there for the children\u2019s welfare. If you win Miss World, you spend a year travelling the world. It\u2019s a job &#8211; you are paid to be a global ambassador.
