A 62-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and released on police bail pending further enquiries.<\/font><\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div><font size=\"2\">\u00a0<\/font><\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div><font color=\"#000000\" size=\"2\">PC 1948 Chris Hayton is investigating the incident, he said: \u201cThere were a number of people on the bus at the time that we would like to speak to, in particular the Asian family who were the subject of racial abuse.<\/font><\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div><font size=\"2\">\u00a0<\/font><\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div><font color=\"#000000\" size=\"2\">\u201cIf you were travelling on this bus and recall the incident please get in touch. Any calls received will be treated in confidence.\u201d<\/font><\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div><font size=\"2\">\u00a0<\/font><\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div><font color=\"#000000\" size=\"2\">Anyone with information in relation to any appeals featured on this site is asked to contact the relevant officer on 101, follow the instructions to leave a message for the officer and when prompted key in the officer\u2019s identification number.
