However, police now believe it to be that of missing Newport teenager, Nida Naseer.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe body was discovered at approximately 10am on the estuary side of the sea wall at the Gwent Wetlands site, West Nash Road.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nNida&#8217;s family continue to be supported by specialist officers at this sad and difficult time.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe death is still being treated as unexplained, pending the outcome of a post-mortem which is taking place today.&#13;\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Missing Nida Naseer &#13; The formal identification process of the body recovered in Newport yesterday morning (Thursday 27th March) continues today.
