{"id":4494,"date":"2010-02-18T12:44:50","date_gmt":"2010-02-18T12:44:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tat.reddaisytrading.co.uk\/index.php\/2010\/02\/18\/you-beauty\/"},"modified":"2016-01-07T12:29:58","modified_gmt":"2016-01-07T12:29:58","slug":"you-beauty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theasiantoday.com\/index.php\/2010\/02\/18\/you-beauty\/","title":{"rendered":"You Beauty!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"content\">\n<h3>Asian Beauty journalist wins top award<\/h3>\n<div><font size=\"2\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" hspace=\"10\" vspace=\"3\" align=\"right\" width=\"180\" height=\"276\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/theasiantoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/AnjanaGosai_180x232.jpg\"\/>TOP Asian beauty journalist Anjana Gosai has been named Beauty Journalist of the Year at the 6<sup>th<\/sup> annual Johnson &amp; Johnson Beauty Journalism Awards.<\/strong><\/font><\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div><font size=\"2\">The mum-of-one won the prestigious prize &#8211; and a second award for Best Freelance Beauty Journalist &#8211; for her work in newspapers including the Daily Mail,\u00a0Daily Express, The Mail on Sunday and The Sunday Times.<\/font><\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div><font size=\"2\">Anjana also contributes to a number of magazines including Elle and top Asian lifestyle mag, Asiana. <\/font><\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div><font size=\"2\">It was the first time Anjana has picked up the awards and the 32-year-old, who lives in north London with her family, said she was \u201cover the moon\u201d at the honour. <\/font><\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div><font size=\"2\">&#8220;These awards are the equivalent of the Oscars to us beauty writers. I\u2019ve been attending the event for the past three years and while I\u2019ve been shortlisted many times, I\u2019ve never won, so I\u2019m over the moon!
