{"id":3245,"date":"2008-05-29T17:18:17","date_gmt":"2008-05-29T17:18:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tat.reddaisytrading.co.uk\/index.php\/2008\/05\/29\/amar-aslams-family-were-heartbroken\/"},"modified":"2016-01-07T11:07:20","modified_gmt":"2016-01-07T11:07:20","slug":"amar-aslams-family-were-heartbroken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theasiantoday.com\/index.php\/2008\/05\/29\/amar-aslams-family-were-heartbroken\/","title":{"rendered":"Amar Aslam\u2019s Family: \u2018We\u2019re Heartbroken\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"content\"><b>Four charged with teenagers\u2019 murder<\/b><\/p>\n<div><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"275\" hspace=\"10\" width=\"180\" align=\"right\" vspace=\"3\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/theasiantoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/AmarAslamFamily180x232.jpg\"\/>THE FAMILY of Amar Aslam paid tribute to the murdered teenager hours after four people appeared in court charged with his murder.<\/strong> <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>Seventeen-year-old Amar was savagely beaten and left for dead in Crow Nest Park in Dewsbury, west Yorkshire last Sunday. <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>He was found by passers by but was pronounced dead by paramedics.<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>A post mortem revealed he died from head injuries. <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>Amar\u2019s sisters Samreen and Zarieh and his cousin Raja Majid laid flowers in the walled garden in Crow Nest Park in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, where his body was found.<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>A statement read out by Mr Majid on behalf of Amar\u2019s mother said she was considering leaving Britain because she was so devastated over her son\u2019s death. <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>\u201cMy Moon has gone, he has made my life darker forever, he has left me heartbroken,\u201d Mrs Aslam added.<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>Amar\u2019s sister Samreen broke down in tears as she described her \u201cspecial brother\u201d.<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>\u201cOur Moon may have gone and without any doubt he will be missed but will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace in heaven\u201d, she said.<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>&#8220;Amar was a loving and special brother. He was the baby of the family, he was very close to his sisters and his mother.<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>\u201cHe was so caring and sensitive, he would always look after us like a mature older <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"267\" hspace=\"10\" width=\"180\" align=\"right\" vspace=\"3\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/theasiantoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/AmarAslam180x232.jpg\"\/>brother.<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>\u201cOur loving baby brother has gone forever and our lives are painful and meaningless.<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>\u201cNothing can replace our brother and we still believe he will walk through the door smiling like he always used to do. It will never be the same without him.&#8217;<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>A 20-year-old man, and three teenagers, all aged 15, appeared in court this morning charged with Amar\u2019s murder. <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>The court clerk revealed Amar was allegedly killed for cash worth just \u00a310, his mobile phone and a silver chain. <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>The four defendants spoke only to confirm their names and addresses, which cannot be released for legal reasons.
