A vibrant awards ceremony highlighting achievements amid a wealth of diverse West Midlands business, charity and not-for-profit talent is set to be held this weekend.<\/p>\n
The In\u00a0Touch\u00a0With Gala Awards\u00a0 is an invitation-only event for members to recognise those who have excelled in the last 12 months.<\/p>\n
It brings together businesses and organisations from communities of different faiths and backgrounds to pay tribute to what can be achieved when local people work together to boost the region\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n
Around 200 invited guests will attend the event at WS10 in Wednesbury on Saturday, January 25.<\/p>\n
ITW founder Ali Mahmood said: \u201cIn Touch With is a family and we are getting together for a great family party, highlighting the positive experiences and achievements of our very varied members.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe may have different routes to where we are now but we are united in wanting the best for our businesses, our families and our area.<\/p>\n
\u201cAt a time when there is so much negativity spread through modern-day communications and prejudices arising through division, we are celebrating what happens when people unite with a common purpose.<\/p>\n
\u201cEven the food on the night caters for a vast array of tastes \u2013 traditional British, afro-Caribbean and Indian \u2013 it\u2019s going to be amazing.\u201d<\/p>\n
Awards presented will include Business of the Year, Networker of the Year, Not for Profit Organisation of the Year and a \u2018Going the Extra Mile\u2019 award for the most helpful member.<\/p>\n
In Touch With is a business networking organisation that unites members from across West Midlands. It also has a community CIC division which supports vulnerable and hard to reach communities with business training.<\/p>\n
