having to walk past that every day is a joke.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It should have been removed by now, it\u2019s a health and safety thing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There could be broken glass, anything inside of there, one little mistake and someone could end up getting hurt.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bader, 32, said he was particularly affected as the waste spilled across the front of his house.<\/p>\n<p>He said: &#8220;It\u2019s really bad, we have trouble getting out of the house with the prams.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It\u2019s going to attract rats; mice and it\u2019s going to affect my house because I am the one closest.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It\u2019s too dangerous and you have to walk in the road to get out, it\u2019s really annoying.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nabil Guennoun, 30, said he had never seen anything like it in his five years living in the street.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s no good, it\u2019s dangerous, especially when all the cars are parked,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>One resident, who would not be named, said it was a major inconvenience to her and her family.<\/p>\n<p>She said: &#8220;When you\u2019re walking with the kids you have to walk around it, it\u2019s dangerous.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The leaves and mud are a mess in itself but to have that &#8211; it\u2019s just messy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>But the resident said fly-tipping was fairly common in her area.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019ve had this kind of behaviour forever,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There\u2019s rubbish that stays there for weeks and weeks and nothing is done.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The owner of the property has said \u201cthe mess was due to a previous tenant and I\u2019m a victim, just like everybody else.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He was making efforts to remove the waste on the afternoon of Wednesday, December 4 and said it would all be removed by the evening.<\/p>\n<p>A Birmingham City Council spokesperson said: \u201cFollowing reports from member of the public, we were made aware of this incident &#8211;
