Khan after being found guilty of\nconspiracy to defraud over a \u00a3500,000 number plate fraud, met the singer at a\ncelebrity party over the Christmas period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fraudster\nKhan from Moseley, South Birmingham posted the video to his Facebook page and\nsaid: “Busta rhymes & me chilling. Dubai is a land for all, everyone\nis welcome it\u2019s a land full of opportunities from owning your own business or\neven investing in your own home. It has a lot to offer!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Every time I visit Dubai, I have\nmet all sorts of people from business men to celebrities, in Dubai who also\nhave investment in Dubai it\u2019s a land where your dreams can come true. Come\nlet\u2019s make your dream a reality the only place to make it happen. #dubai”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the video Busta Rhymes speaks to the\ncamera saying he is out in Dubai making a movie and refers to Khan as “his\nbrother.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is the latest video to be posted by\nKhan since he fled Birmingham before his summer crown court case trial had\nended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Khan had flew 3,500 miles to Dubai after\nskipping the country before his fraud trial came to an end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Birmingham conman jumped on a plane\nas the case concluded after being allowed to keep his passport during the\nprocedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Two brothers and a cousin were also\njailed for their part in the scam, which had targeted a UK lottery winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Neither the trial judge at Birmingham Crown Court\u00a0nor at the Canterbury people smuggling case had asked for his passport to be handed in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hours after fleeing the country in June,\nserial criminal Khan posted a video on his Facebook page to the judge saying:\n“Sorry, I had no choice.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the astonishing 16-minute minute\nvideo, sunglasses-wearing Khan claimed he skipped the country as he had not had\na fair trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was convicted in his absence of conspiracy to commit\nfraud, perverting the course of justice, plus concealing and converting\ncriminal property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking directly to the camera and\ndirecting his comments to Judge Philip Parker, QC, he said: “I am making\nthis video to let you know I am very sorry, I did not want to do what I did,\nbut I I felt like I had no other choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
