An industry trailblazer, Anita Dongre has been at the forefront of Indian fashion for over 20 years. A connoisseur of craftsmanship, her designs showcase Indian aesthetics for the global woman of today. Internationally, her designs have been worn by personalities such as Kate Middleton, Hillary Clinton, Queen Mathilde of Belgium and Sophie Trudeau to name a few, while her designs are a favourite with Bollywood\u00a0A-listers such as Priyanka Chopra, Sonam Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Alia Bhatt and many more.<\/p>\n

Her latest bridal collection, Odyssey<\/em>, comprises silks and Benarasi weaves adorned with intricately embroidered motifs, inspired by the wildlife of Ranthambore, in the label\u2019s signature craft of\u00a0gota\u00a0patti\u00a0along with handcrafted\u00a0dori, sequin, pearl, zari, zardozi and cut dana work.\u00a0 The\u00a0colour\u00a0palette presents a variety of jewel tones such as deep reds, greens, blues, and softer pastel shades, enthused by the\u00a0colours\u00a0of the vibrant birds and lakes of Ranthambore. Previous participating designers have included a who\u2019s who curation of the leading fashion and bridal brands from India and Pakistan, uniting heritage fashion houses with the cr\u00e8me of new gen such as Sabyasachi, Manish Malhotra, Anamika Khanna, Tarun Tahiliani, Gaurav Gupta, Rimple & Harpreet Narula, Gaurang, Shyamal & Bhumika, Varun Bahl, Anushree Reddy, SVA, Ridhima Bhasin, Ridhi Mehra, House of Masaba, Faraz Manan, Elan, Shehla Chatoor and many more.<\/p>\n

2018 being the year of the Bollywood celebrity wedding, with A-list actresses Sonam Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra tying the know in true Bollywood grandeur and style, inspired brides-to-be will have the opportunity of shopping the collections and bridal trousseau\u2019s of some of the leading fashion designers for the Bollywood fraternity at Aashni + Co Wedding Show<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
