It\u2019s very sad news for our staff and customers, but over the past couple of months we realised that it was more commercially viable to concentrate just as a banqueting venue for weddings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will continue to welcome bookings for wedding receptions &#8211; offering a full service including catering.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant opened 2012, and reviewers have been wowed by the majestic dining experience offered here thanks to the its opulent d\u00e9cor, vaulted ceilings, ornate brass decorations, giant vases, brick arches and marble floors.<\/p>\n<p>Many took to the restaurant\u2019s Facebook page after the announcement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Indian Restaurant on Stratford Road Mughal-e-Azam shut its doors on Sunday January 21 with immediate effect.
