The boy with no skin \u2013 Moin Younis shines a light on bravery. Moin suffers from a rare and painful skin condition called Epidermolysis bullosa and is the only youngest in the world with this skin disorder.<\/p>\n

Moin recived the \u2018Teenager of Courage honour at the Pride of Birmingham Awards this year has gone on to win the Pride of Britain Award and bagged a date with X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger.<\/p>\n

Moin Younis bowled over Singer Nicole with his \u2018charm and witt\u2019 and had Nicole in tears with his his incredible story of bravery. As Moin accepted his Award he said \u201cNo-one should ever give up\u201d.<\/p>\n

The 17 year old said \u201cA lot of people take life for granted, I don\u2019t know how long I\u2019m going to be living this life for but while I\u2019m here, I want to get a message to everyone out there.<\/p>\n

After winning the Pride of Birmingham Award back in April Moin said:<\/p>\n

\u201cI want you to enjoy life because I would do anything to have a normal life myself.<\/p>\n

\u201cPlease, please make the most of your life. Make the most of what you have.\u201d<\/p>\n

Moin is also an ambassador of Acorns Children\u2019s Hospice and is determined not to let life get him down.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have no skin and I have to go into a bath,\u201d he explained. \u201cIt\u2019s just water. Imagine just cutting or burning yourself and putting that in water.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow just think for a second how much it would sting. That\u2019s pretty much how I feel everywhere.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I\u2019m here. I\u2019m learning to drive. I\u2019m helping other kids. And I\u2019m hoping the Villa do better.\u201d<\/p>\n

Appropriately, his award was presented by Aston Villa legend Stiliyan Petrov \u2013 who himself has successfully battled acute leukemia to make a football comeback \u2013 and Olympic gold medal sprinter Marlon Devonish.<\/p>\n

After going on to win the Pride of Britain Award Moin said: \u201cNicole was really interested in my story,\u201d Moin told the Birmingham Mail. \u201cShe really liked me.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen my video was playing she was crying. Then she came up and spoke to me, and she started crying again.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe was really touched by my story.\u201d<\/p>\n

Moin is also an ambassador for Acorn\u2019s Children\u2019s\u2019 Hospice, and despite being in constant agony he volunteers to help other seriously ill children.<\/p>\n

A staunch Villa fan, Moin also is a regular as a pundit for Aston Villa\u2019s website.<\/p>\n

Moin has admitted that last year things spiraled for him after becoming critically ill \u2013 and felt hopeless struggling to see life improving for himself.<\/p>\n

Thankfully Moin has pulled himself through the difficult time and he wants to now inspire others to \u2018Keep going as good things will come\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had a really tough year last year,\u201d he revealed. \u201cI lost all my energy to live and I was in a depression.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was in hospital and I was thinking \u2018Why don\u2019t I just get taken from this world?\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cNow, I realise that everything happens for a reason. I got through that time and got to experience the happiest day of my life.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo you should never give up, because there could be something amazing coming in your life.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll you have to do is have a bit of patience and good things will come.\u201d<\/p>\n
