Khan’s full quote, according to audio recordings released by the media was: “When I used to walk out of that ring, it used to be actually like a raped woman walking out.\u201d<\/p>\n
As journalists start chuckling, he says, “I don’t think I should have” and attempts to clarify that he found it hard to walk.<\/p>\n
However, a number of Twitter users said that irrespective of his swift withdrawal, he should on no occasion have made the association in the first place.<\/p>\n
But masses of the star\u2019s fans lined together to trend the rival hashtag #SalmanMisquoted which soon surpassed the initial trend.<\/p>\n
