Bolton school\u2019s celebrated Her Majesty\u2019s birthday with much creativity and enthusiasm. Flags flew high in the air, whilst afternoon tea was sipped and the National Anthem sung beautifully by pupils.<\/p>\n

A special party was thrown at Clarendon Primary School in Great Lever while children listened and learned attentively about the Queen\u2019s reign.<\/p>\n

Clarendon Primar School pupuls, Hamza Ugrader, aged 10, Mubarak Haji, aged 11 and Mohammed Sharif, aged 10<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Children designed an outfit for the Queen Elizabeth II, adorning themselves with the diverse fashions throughout the decades of her reign.<\/p>\n

Vicky Chatterjee, Head Teacher, said: \u201cThe day started with an assembly in which all the children sang the National Anthem.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey were breath-taking. I told the children I got goosebumps listening to them, they were amazing.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added: \u201cThe children were served sandwiches and traditional afternoon tea.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey have been making cards for the Queen, which they want to send to her.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere has been so much going on and it has been a nice way to celebration British heritage and British values.<\/p>\n

“It was an opportunity to reinforce the importance of everything that the Queen does for our country and the commonwealth.<\/p>\n

“The children have been extremely excited and really enjoyed learning the National Anthem as well as taking part in other royal activities.”<\/p>\n

Clarendon Primary School pupuls, Alex Glazier, aged 9, wih Zayn Teemil and Yahya Bohat, both aged 8<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Zainab Batool, aged 11, said: “I have really enjoyed today because we had to design and make our very own dress for the Queen to wear.”<\/p>\n

Uwais Muhammad, aged 11, said: “Today all the class dressed up as people would have done years ago.<\/p>\n

“During one of the lessons we designed costumes for the Queen\u2019s birthday and we had afternoon tea in school.<\/p>\n
