In its opening weekend the film collected over Rs. 100.03 crores ($15 million) across the globe. In India the film grossed Rs. 73.02 crores ($11 million), with Rs. 53.31 crores net box office ($8 million) and grossed over $4 million overseas. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Eros International, and directed by Farhad-Sajid, the film starring Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan opened worldwide on June 3, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>In Fiji, <strong><em>Housefull 3<\/em><\/strong>, one of the most anticipated films of the year, became the highest ever grossing Bollywood film, beating Eros\u2019s own <strong><em>Bajrangi Bhaijaan<\/em><\/strong> (2015), which previously held the record.<\/p>\n<p>In the UK, <strong><em>Housefull 3<\/em><\/strong> ranked No.9 in the UK Top 10 charts on the opening weekend with a Box Office Collection of \u00a3272,705.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the film\u2019s success, <strong>Nandu Ahuja, Sr. VP, India Theatrical<\/strong>, <strong>Eros International Media Ltd<\/strong> said<em>, \u201cWe are thrilled with the response \u2018Housefull 3\u2019 has achieved across India.
