City Year is hoping to raise money to donate to the local food bank along with any tins or\u00a0packed food that families give to them.<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>Corps Member for City Year UK Nimra Khan said, \u201cOur research showed that the food bank only feeds\u00a0<span>90 people\u00a0per week which falls down to approximately 25-30 people being fed per session and our goal is to change and increase this number.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>The event\u00a0will take place on <span>Saturday 21st June 2014 between 12pm to 5pm at Golden Hillock School. \u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<p>&#13;\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>City Year UK will be holding a Community Action Day at Golden Hillock School &#13; &#13; Charity, City Year UK will be holding a Community Action Day at Golden Hillock Secondary School in Sparkhill.
