Local businessman Naeem Arif selected to sit on the Forbes Business Council to share his knowledge and insights about Customer Experience and Retail industry.

Naeem Arif of NA Consulting, has been accepted into the Forbes Business Council, the foremost growth and networking organization for successful business owners and leaders worldwide.

Arif was vetted and selected by a review committee based on the depth and diversity of his experience in the Retail and Customer Experience sectors. Criteria for acceptance include a track record of successfully impacting business growth metrics, as well as personal and professional achievements and honours.

Arif, is a Director at United Carpets and NA Consulting, a Customer Experience consultancy based here in Birmingham. He is also part of the Exec Committee for the Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce (part of the GBCC) and the chair of the Midlands Retail and Hospitality Forum, was naturally delighted with the announcement.
