Foodies Festival Returns to Cannon Hill Park

Food lover unite! The Foodies Festival is confirmed to be coming back to Birmingham this June in Cannon Hill Park.

After the last two festivals, which saw an unprecedented number of visitors attracted to the banquetous bash, foodies can rest easy knowing this Summer will not be deprived of the delectable day.

Elements of the event include Healthy Living and Grow Your Own, as well as a highly anticipated Cakes and Desserts Theatre. The Healthy Living segment will feature yoga and meditation whilst the Grow Your Own will deliver workshops on growing your own produce and herbs at home.

As for the Cakes and Desserts Theatre, the public will be thrilled to know that both Candice Brown and Nadiya Hussain (Bake Off winners, 2016 and 2015), will be in attendance, as well as Master chocolatier Fiona Sciotti and burlesque inspired baker Charlotte White.

There will be heaps of street available from all around the world; Africa, India, China, America and more. Afternoon Tea is available in the popular Vintage Tea Room and drinks will also be on show, with everything from cocktails to prosecco to more.

As usual, there will be fun chilli eating competitions, bug eating and live music. Tickets cost £8 and it will be held at Cannon Hill Park from June 23rd-26th.festival
