ASIAN millionaire Mo Chaudry is to be awarded a ‘Star of Pakistan’ at the Pakistani Achievement Awards this weekend.

It is the second year of the awards which are supported by Danmirr Consultants, UK Time London and the Sunstar Group and will held at the Park Lane Hilton on Saturday 10 July.

The awards recognise individuals and enterprises of Pakistani origin for their excellence or positive contributions to the image of their country and it is a major event in the Pakistan calendar.

Mr Chaudry is the Chairman of WaterWorld, the UK’s largest aqua based theme park, and has appeared on the Channel Four programme ‘Secret Millionaire’.

Speaking about the award he said: “This fantastic news has come as a complete surprise. It is a great honour to receive this award from my peers. My greatest wish is that I can be a positive role model for the next generation and encourage them to live fruitful lives, and to contribute to society in a meaningful way,”
