Man, 21, held as police continue appeal for information

TWO children who died in a suspected arson attack on their home in Bradford have been named.
Alina Shah,10, and her eight-year-old brother Aman Shah, died in the early hours of Tuesday 6th July following a fire at an address on Hendford Drive in the Pollard Park area of the City.
Post mortems carried out on the children yesterday found they died as a result of the inhalation of fumes.
Detectives are continuing to question a 21-year-old man after he was arrested on suspicion of murder.
The children’s mother is still receiving treatment to serious injuries at Pinderfields Hospital where her condition is described as critical.
Police officers and firefighters rushed to the house following a 999 call.
Young Alina was pronounced dead at the scene, while her brother, Aman died shortly after arrival at hospital.

Senior Investigating Officer Detective Superintendent Bill Shackleton said: "I am continuing my appeal for anyone with information about the fire to come forward.
